RegIntel provides global AI regulation and market-entry compliance intelligence. This policy explains the information we process and why.

Information we collect

When you register, sign in, subscribe, or contact support, we process your email, account identifiers, security logs, subscription status, and payment-related identifiers. Creem processes payment-card details; RegIntel does not store full card numbers.

How we use information

We use it to provide accounts and entitlements, send verification and essential service messages, prevent abuse, resolve support and billing requests, perform our contract, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.

Providers and international processing

Cloudflare provides hosting, data, and security services. Creem processes payments, tax, receipts, and subscription management. Information may be processed in countries where these providers operate.

Retention, security, and your rights

We retain information only as needed for service delivery, security, and legal obligations. We use access controls, encrypted transport, and server-side authorization. You may request access, correction, or deletion, subject to required legal and financial records.
