What to include
Include your account email, a description, and the order ID from your Creem receipt. Never send a full card number, password, verification code, or API key.
Response and subscription management
We normally respond within 3 business days. Signed-in members can use “Manage or cancel subscription” on the membership page to manage payment methods, invoices, and cancellation in the Creem Customer Portal.
Refund issues
Contact us promptly for duplicate charges, a paid entitlement that did not activate, or persistent access failures. We handle requests under applicable law, our Terms, and Creem procedures.
